Cuiabá, MT The company accepts applications from candidates located in any city in Brazil Junior/ Trainee To be determined CLT employment regime Job Details **Responsibilities:** Monitor vessel shipments at ports, analyze whether vessel nominations comply with contractual terms, send acceptance of nominations, register nominations and vessel completions in AMAGGI's system; Request branches for export and Due opening, appoint the supervisor, fumigator, and customs broker for each shipment, verify whether documentary instructions comply with contractual terms, and make necessary reservations; Request issuance of draft shipping documents; after client approval, request final document issuance and submit them to the bank for invoice collection; Ensure all shipments are conducted in accordance with legislation and AMAGGI's policies and procedures. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and service providers; organized to manage shipment tracking; proactive in seeking process improvements and problem resolution; Knowledge of export contract terms and export procedures. * Our opportunities are open to all professionals without distinction of race, color, gender, age, religion, or disability (PCD)\* Requirements Minimum Education Level Completed undergraduate degree Benefits Medical assistance Dental assistance Gym allowance Childcare allowance Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus Private pension plan Training program Life insurance Meal voucher
