Job Summary: The Senior Project Analyst supports engineering in the development, procurement, and monitoring of projects, overseeing activities and managing data. Key Highlights: 1. Manage engineering project contracts and respond to regulatory agencies The Senior Project Analyst is responsible for supporting engineering in developing project-related activities, such as field surveys and field records for preparing descriptive reports. Support the procurement process and monitoring of subcontracted companies engaged in project development. Monitor monitoring activities, as well as highway rainfall indices. Support maintaining the project area’s database and technical archive, compiling data when necessary for submission to the concessionaire’s stakeholders upon request. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control internal project schedules by monitoring established deadlines through meetings and project control tools, updating weekly status reports. * Monitor internal project scopes by tracking execution of defined activities through meetings and project control tools, updating weekly status reports. * Manage internal project execution teams, supervising achievement of targets assigned to each member through meetings and project control tools, updating weekly status reports. * Provide administrative support for CAPEX and OPEX, assisting with all daily demands as required and presenting monthly updates to management. * Administer engineering project contracts, supervising measurements and verifying collected information via BI tools to ensure contractual compliance with scope. * Respond to competent regulatory agencies by drafting various official letters, forwarding them to responsible parties, and tracking implemented responses upon request. * Conduct weekly meetings to maintain and update existing projects with each coordinator, ensuring achievement of established targets. * Control the highway concession contract schedule, monitoring and updating all activities according to established deadlines and scope, recording any deviations identified. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of BIM processes applied to infrastructure and civil construction projects; * Familiarity with software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks; * Knowledge of reading and organizing IFC models; * Knowledge of project coordination and analysis; * Familiarity with GIS platforms for information analysis and management; * Familiarity with Digital Engineering concepts applied to asset management. **Additional Information** Market-competitive salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance plan extendable to dependents; Dental insurance plan extendable to dependents; Life insurance; Childcare allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Private pension plan; Birthday day-off; Gym allowance; Partnership agreements with secondary (EJA), higher education, and postgraduate institutions; English language school partnership; Pharmacy partnership; Psychological counseling; Employee referral program. Nova Rota do Oeste is the concessionaire responsible for the 850.9 km stretch of BR-163 between Itiquira (MT) and Sinop (MT). The company assumed the BR-163/364 concession in Mato Grosso.
