Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and strategic Dental Plan Coordinator to manage the clinic’s dental insurance operations and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for career advancement and training We are looking for an **organized, strategic, and interpersonally skilled Dental Plan Coordinator**, to directly oversee operations, management, and performance of the dental insurance plans served by the clinic. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Full management of dental insurance plans served by the clinic; * Control of authorizations, claim forms, deadlines, protocols, and claim denials; * Direct communication with insurance providers (e.g., SulAmérica, Rede Unna, MetLife, Hapvida, Porto Seguro, Brasil Dental, OdontoGroup, and others); * Scheduling dentists’ appointments in accordance with plan rules; * Monitoring consultation targets, billing, and conversion rates; * Supporting reception and clinical teams regarding plan workflows; * Reviewing contracts and regulations of dental insurance plans; * Ensuring optimal patient experience for insured individuals. \* * **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience with **dental insurance plans** (mandatory); * Knowledge of **SADT, TISS, TUSS**, and insurer portals; * Strong organizational skills, accountability, and excellent communication; * Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile; * Availability for **in-person work** (Centro – Cuiabá). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in medium- or large-sized clinics; * Experience in reducing claim denials and optimizing insurance plan workflows; * Commercial acumen to increase consultations and conversions. **WE OFFER** * Professional, organized, and growing work environment; * Excellent working infrastructure; * Opportunities for career advancement and training; * Competitive salary \+ performance-based bonuses.
