





**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT** **Job Description:** WHAT WILL BE PART OF YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Registering residents; Opening and monitoring service orders (OS); Monitoring and handling system activities; Providing in-person customer service and reception at the company; Providing WhatsApp support; Providing phone support; Managing and organizing delivery schedules (technical team logistics); Performing remote gatehouse attendance in specific cases. **Requirements:** WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Completed high school education; Experience in customer service (via phone) and face-to-face; Availability to work 44 hours per week from Monday to Friday; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Technological aptitude or interest in working with technology. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Location: Bosque da Saúde, Cuiabá. Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
