Ensure implementation of the Commercial Policy and monitor targets Description: Manage the sales department, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, excellence in customer service, and correct execution of the Commercial Policy through team development, process management, and continuous pursuit of increased profitability. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage sales routines and develop commercial strategies aimed at increasing store profitability. * Monitor demand for parts, accessories, and products, and participate in key negotiations with customers. * Monitor stockouts and ensure product availability. * Ensure implementation of the Commercial Policy (product offerings, pricing policy, payment terms, and credit tools). * Monitor daily sales target achievement, adjusting strategies and implementing corrective measures when necessary. * Manage the sales team through ongoing supervision, guidance, feedback, and training. * Organize and motivate the sales area (promotions, displays, team, etc.), ensuring business visibility and continuity. * Be responsible for store opening and closing in accordance with internal rules and procedures. * Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and compliant with the Quality Project. * Supervise the customer service counter routine, guiding sales staff and ensuring excellent service. * Perform other duties related to the position as required by leadership. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in administration, marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience in sales and team management. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer relationship management. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Leadership and team motivation capabilities. * Willingness to travel, if required. 2512100202181796832
