Conduct microbiological quality control analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, including colony-forming unit (CFU) counts, purity assessment, and microbial viability evaluation; 2\. Monitor the presence of microbiological contaminants to ensure the quality and safety of produced bioinputs; 3\. Record, analyze, and interpret laboratory results, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and reliability; 4\. Issue technical opinions to support batch release or rejection decisions; 5\. Investigate quality deviations, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions; 6\. Ensure full batch traceability, from raw material receipt through product release; 7\. Support internal and external quality audits by providing data and technical evidence; 8\. Support compliance with regulatory requirements set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA), organizing technical documentation; 9\. Support qualification and monitoring of suppliers for critical raw materials and inputs; 10\. Collaborate with production, R&D, and bioprocessing teams to ensure technical alignment and continuous process improvement. **Required Qualifications:** 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology, Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering; 2\. Knowledge of applied microbiology in bioinputs; 3\. Experience with microbiological techniques (media preparation, serial dilution, CFU counting); 4\. Basic knowledge of microbiological quality control, data traceability, and result interpretation; 5\.
