Key Responsibilities Process Management * Map all office processes end-to-end (from client intake to case closure) * Create operational flowcharts by legal practice area * Define clear work stages, responsibilities, and deadlines * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities * Implement continuous improvements in existing workflows Administrative Structuring * Organize internal administrative processes * Standardize routines, documents, controls, and procedures * Create operational manuals per department and function * Ensure integration among legal, administrative, and client service areas Team Management and Organization * Support defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables * Establish routines for team follow-up, alignment, and organization * Contribute to greater operational clarity and reduced rework * Support leadership in organizing operations and decision-making Standardization and Documentation * Develop practice-area-specific operational manuals (e.g., condominium, real estate, civil, criminal, etc.) * Create checklists, standards, and operational protocols * Ensure processes are clear, accessible, and practically applicable Education and Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in: * Administration * Business Management * Managerial Processes * Quality Management * Minimum proven experience of 3–5 years in process management and/or administrative management * Excellent organizational and professional communication skills Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month
