Your primary mission will be to **guide our clients through the implementation of peripheral modules of the Domínio system**. If you enjoy interacting with people, feel energized when seeing someone learn something new, and want to grow within the accounting technology field, this role is perfect for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Providing technical support, delivering high-quality solutions to customers related to **DOMÍNIO SISTEMAS** products; * Leading the implementation of peripheral modules for the Domínio system, performing configurations and integrating them with each client’s business processes; * Delivering technical training to internal teams and clients, ensuring correct usage of system features; * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during implementation, ensuring clients experience uninterrupted service; * Interest in technology and innovation within the accounting sector; * Passion for solving challenges and driving continuous improvements in the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields—or currently pursuing such a degree. * Ability to proactively and effectively identify and resolve technical issues. * Aptitude or interest in conveying technical knowledge to users with diverse backgrounds. * Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on results and problem resolution. **What would make you stand out and catch our attention:** * Certification in ERP tools or accounting management software; * Experience implementing software would be a plus; * Knowledge of system integrations and APIs; * Experience with remote and on-site technical support. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** **Fixed salary**: R$ 3\.431,41; **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1h30m lunch break); **Employment type**: Permanent/CLT; **Work mode**: On-site in Cuiabá/MT. **In addition to growth and extensive learning opportunities, we offer the following benefits:** **We provide a flexible benefits package valued at R$ 1\.526,00**, designed to meet diverse individual needs: **Meal allowance**: Part of our benefits package includes a subsidy for your **meals**, ensuring you have the energy needed to perform daily tasks with full dedication; **Flexibility**: We offer flexibility to customize part of your benefits.
