See the main responsibilities below: * Contribute to increased sales and profitability of the brand by acquiring clients, providing service, and negotiating tourism services such as transportation, accommodation, insurance, and others; * Advise the brand's customers by recommending destinations, travel periods, required documentation, costs, and relevant information; * Fully assist and accompany the brand's customers by identifying and resolving issues related to contracted services, managing cancellations, rebookings, and refunds; * Strengthen the brand by participating in industry events, promoting services, and engaging with tour operators; * Execute and monitor updates to the brand's systems by entering customer data, documents, and sales-related procedures; * Contribute to delivering a positive purchasing experience to the brand's customers through support via e\-mail, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
