Main challenges and responsibilities of the role: * Responsible for ensuring the employee journey aligned with business strategies, acting as a facilitator between the local CD management and various teams, as well as specialist areas; * Ensure close collaboration with CD area leadership, influencing them and providing tools on best practices in people management, and participating in decision-making processes; * Handling internal matters related to the Ethics Committee/whistleblowing channels. * Leading recruitment and selection processes to meet the needs of CD areas. \- Through profile mapping, candidate identification and prospecting, managing recruitment and selection processes, and conducting final interviews alongside area managers; * Implementing/supporting programs and initiatives that promote meritocracy, collaboration, and leadership development; * Supervising/executing the planning, organization, management, and control of team activities under supervision: recruitment and selection, promotions and transfers, training and development, performance evaluation, organizational climate, and personnel administration; * Supporting people management indicator tracking. \- Analyzing and proposing action plans related to HR indicators (e.g., turnover, overtime bank, absenteeism, vacancy SLA, etc.). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Generalist HR experience, including involvement in processes such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, organizational climate, and personnel administration; * Preferably experience in operations/logistics/distribution center environments; * Experience in people management, including planning, team follow-up, and delivering feedback; * Ability to analyze HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, overtime bank, vacancy SLA, etc.) and propose action plans; * Proficiency in Excel and HR management systems; * Availability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.
