Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supplier research and analysis, negotiation of purchase terms, issuance of purchase orders, and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Internal collaboration and problem resolution **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Conduct supplier research and analysis to ensure optimal purchasing conditions. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with selected suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the product delivery process. * Control and manage inventory to ensure availability of materials required for operations. * Monitor the market to identify new procurement opportunities and pricing trends. * Collaborate with internal teams to understand acquisition needs and plan purchases accordingly. * Resolve issues related to deliveries, product quality, and payments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and supplier management. * Prior experience in procurement.
