Job Summary: This role involves providing support to suppliers and clients regarding shipments, returns, and purchases, ensuring processes comply with supplier norms, and managing logistics for collections and deliveries. Opportunity for technical and professional growth **In this opportunity, your main responsibilities will be:** Provide support to suppliers and customers regarding shipments, returns, and purchase refunds, both for dispatch and for reimbursement; Coordinate with carriers for collection and delivery of warranty materials; Ensure that the process is carried out in accordance with supplier standards, directing cases to technical support or performing product replacements; Manage inflows and outflows of warranty materials for customers and suppliers; Schedule and manage the flow of return material collection and delivery with carriers; Ensure that the process is carried out in accordance with supplier standards, directing cases to technical support or performing product replacements; Manage inflows and outflows of materials in SAC-designated deposits; Record returns in the system, specifying which deposit the balance should be allocated to, and register the inspection analysis at the time of return; Issue indemnification invoices in cases of cargo damage, loss, or accident. **To apply for this opportunity, you must have:** Higher education in progress (desirable); Previous experience (desirable); Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC); Proactivity, strong communication skills, and organizational ability are essential competencies.
