




**Job Description:** ---------------------- As a Customer Service Intern, you will join a team whose core mission is to bring joy to our listeners through Rádio Massa FM in São Paulo. Responsibilities and duties: Greet and assist visitors, listeners, and customers courteously; Answer and route telephone calls; Provide customer service via WhatsApp and in person; Manage and distribute prizes and promotional items; Monitor and record entry and exit of visitors and staff; Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments; Receive, distribute, and log correspondence and documents; Assist in maintaining the reception area; Support administrative departments as requested; Assist with radio content and promotion activities as requested. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in Radio and TV, Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); Ease of use with digital tools (WhatsApp, social media, email, telephone); Strong writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language; Interest in learning about radio operations, studio workflows, and promotional activities. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- INTERNSHIP **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- WHAT BENEFITS WILL YOU FIND HERE?
