Participation in alignment meetings and continuous process improvement **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Monitor production activities; * Receive orders and perform order follow-ups. * Generate serial numbers for application on transformers. * Prepare, generate, and populate spreadsheets for future inspections. * Schedule, organize, and attend inspection meetings. * Responsible for populating the Inmetro spreadsheets. * Issue notifications for new production demands. * Return inspection reports to the commercial department. * Perform analysis for approval of new projects. * Monitor purchase orders, analyze priorities, verify dates and deadlines. * Conduct and participate in procurement alignment meetings together with the procurement and warehouse departments. * Record transformer data. * Print labels. * Inventory finished products. * Monitor the transformer production process. * Issue notifications. * Document procedures for products used in transformer manufacturing. * Perform activities in accordance with the company’s quality and environmental standards and procedures. * Monitor production control. Establish control indicators and metrics; monitor and control rejected semi-finished and finished products. * Responsible for proper disposal of waste generated by their activities; * Perform all activities in accordance with the company’s quality, environmental, health, and safety standards and procedures. * Identify and report any unsafe conditions or risks identified in the workplace. * Actively participate in health and safety training and capacity-building programs. * Properly use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Contribute to continuous improvement of our management system by proposing preventive and corrective actions when necessary. * Assume responsibility for controlling, classifying, monitoring indicators, and ensuring proper disposal of environmental waste generated within their area of responsibility, and other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Technical course in GPI Production Engineering or related fields; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or Administration; * Experience in the field; * Proactive and adaptable.
