




Job Summary: This professional will perform generalist HR duties, including analyzing requirements, managing payroll, supporting employees, and overseeing KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Management of KPIs and promotion of endomarketing initiatives. **Essential Requirements and Competencies:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel Department routines. * Experience in work schedule control, benefits administration, and payroll variables. * Experience managing KPIs (Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime). * Strong communication skills and ability to guide leadership teams. * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and analytical capability. * Willingness to work on-site at the unit and provide remote support to other units. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and address HR department requirements according to unit needs. * Submit information for payroll processing, including work schedule control, benefits, and payroll variables. * Monitor employee work schedules, participate directly in production areas for training and to address questions. * Remotely manage payroll data for on-site production units (Cáceres, Sinop, and Rondonópolis). * Verify and submit documentation related to hiring, termination, vacation, and payroll. * Monitor and analyze unit KPIs (Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime). * Address labor-related issues, including acting as legal representative when required. * Implement initiatives and events according to the endomarketing calendar. * Guide and support on-site unit supervisors in HR routines.
