**About the Position:**
We are looking for an **Architect** with experience and sensitivity to work on the **development of architectural projects for affordable housing**. The professional will be responsible for developing functional, economical, and aesthetically appropriate solutions, complying with technical standards and urban legislation, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop architectural projects for affordable housing (floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details);
* Conduct technical and legal feasibility studies;
* Coordinate architectural projects with other disciplines (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.);
* Ensure compliance with technical standards, municipal regulations, and housing program guidelines (e.g., **Minha Casa Minha Vida / Casa Verde e Amarela**);
* Monitor and review documentation for approval by public authorities and/or housing financing institutions;
* Propose solutions that combine functionality, comfort, and low construction cost.
**Requirements:**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning;
* Active registration with the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU);
* Proven experience in social interest housing (HIS) projects;
* Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Microsoft Office suite, and presentation tools;
* Knowledge of ABNT standards and urban legislation;
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
* Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with federal government housing programs;
* Experience in municipal project approvals;
* Knowledge of alternative or sustainable construction methodologies.
