Job Summary: In-store customer service, including stock replenishment, product organization, and assistance with daily store operations. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and product guidance 2. Stock replenishment and inventory organization 3. Store cleanliness and organization maintenance Serve customers in-store. Clarify inquiries and guide customers regarding products, their usage, and placement within the store. Replenish shelf stock according to product movement. Package bulk-sale items upon customer request. Maintain clean and organized shelving units and packaging areas. Verify barcode labels on both products and shelves. Monitor expiration dates of displayed products, as well as losses and damages. Perform daily inventory counts per store supervisor instructions. Assist customers in transporting products to their vehicles. Assist in the unloading process of goods. Perform daily store cleaning. Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE).
