Description: Develop and implement testing strategies for medium and high-complexity features, creating and maintaining manual and automated tests. Work autonomously in root cause analysis of defects, ensuring test quality and coverage. Proactively propose and implement improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize product efficiency and quality. Responsibilities and duties * Create well-structured test plans and test cases, applying QA best practices and optimizing existing test suites; * Develop and execute high-quality manual and automated tests within deadlines, using approaches such as BDD or risk-based testing; * Plan and execute test strategies for medium and high-complexity solutions, after validation by immediate management; * Identify, document, and analyze the root cause of failures (bugs) in applications, ensuring product/service quality; * Support peer reviews of test plans and test cases, providing guidance on best practices, scenario coverage, and documentation clarity; * Assist the product team in scope risk analysis, advising on impacts to quality and test coverage; * Present reasoned arguments based on data and technical knowledge to management or stakeholders; * Master the platform's business rules and technically assist less experienced analysts in creating test scenarios; * Actively collaborate in critical and emergency situations (hotfixes), validating fixes quickly and accurately; * Follow all company policies and procedures. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Development, or related fields; * Knowledge in Functional Testing: * Knowledge in Regression Testing; * Knowledge in Usability Testing; * Knowledge in Integration Testing; * Knowledge in API Testing (REST, Webhooks); * Experience with Git workflow (Pull Requests/Merge Requests, Code Review, Issues) on platforms such as GitHub or GitLab. * Experience creating tests in a framework such as Cypress or Selenium. * Experience with SQL, including complex queries (various JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries) and test data manipulation (INSERT, UPDATE). * Proficiency in Agile methodologies * Kanban or Scrum, * Project Management Software: Jira, Monday, Trello; * Server and deployment 2510240202201828325
