Support in purchase quotations and inventory control **Job Description:** The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for operational and support activities within the logistics and procurement department. Responsibilities include order picking, verification, labeling, and dispatch of products, as well as receipt of materials and raw materials. The role also requires monitoring delivery and receipt deadlines, reporting information to the department supervisor, and supporting procurement quotations for supplies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Pick, verify, and organize products according to orders; * Perform labeling and packaging for dispatch; * Receive materials and raw materials, verifying quantity, integrity, and documentation; * Monitor and update supplier delivery deadlines and customer dispatch deadlines; * Report daily to the department supervisor on the status of receipts and deliveries; * Support inventory control and organization; * Assist in procurement quotations for supplies and materials with suppliers; * Comply with internal procedures regarding safety, hygiene, and quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in logistics or procurement is considered an advantage; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
