Practical experience with a real client base and specialized support **Job Description** The Trainee Program is a comprehensive training program for professionals aiming to become Investment Advisors, combining practical and theoretical training to develop the necessary professional skills. **Stage 1 – Ancord Exam + Onboarding + Professional Onboarding** During this first stage, you will focus on studying for the Ancord exam. You will study at the office alongside our team, allowing you to immediately adapt to the work routine and team environment. The scheduled timeframe for taking the exam is 30 to 45 days, during which you can study the required modules and review practice tests and past exams. Meanwhile, you will also complete our company’s onboarding process to understand how our organization operates. **Stage 2 – Digital Desk** Now that you hold the certification, it’s time to learn the role of an Investment Advisor through hands-on experience. During this stage, you will serve a real client base from SVN; however, your client interactions will be conducted as part of a team, enabling you to learn practical operations, build confidence, and develop more easily. Throughout this stage, you will receive full support from SVN Investimentos’ specialist teams in areas such as Fixed Income, Variable Income, International Investments, Insurance, and Foreign Exchange. **Stage 3 – Individual Desk** With the essential professional knowledge already acquired, it is now time to refine your techniques and client relationship skills. In the third stage, you will independently serve a real client base, allowing us to evaluate your performance and shape your client relationships and service quality. During this stage, you may select clients from the Digital Desk’s client base whom you believe have the highest potential, to begin building your personal client portfolio. **Stage 4 – Advisory Role** In your final stage, you will launch your promising career as an Investment Advisor.
