Customer, partner, and supplier support **About the Role** **Your challenges will include:** * Monitoring and tracking trips; * Handling claim-related incidents involving Losses, Damages, and Occurrences; * Managing inbound and outbound calls from customers, partners, and suppliers to provide clarifications and guidance regarding tracked and/or monitored trips; * Operating internal systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, SIL). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Office suite proficiency preferred; * Flexible availability for shift work; * Strong drive to deliver results, high energy, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude!
