




Job Summary: The professional will work at the reception desk and provide patient care, manage authorizations and billing, update and record patient data, handle payments and invoicing, and support unit operations. Together, let’s build the world’s best health community! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Reception and Patient Care** * Greet patients and visitors, providing information about dialysis procedures and appointment hours. * Issue temporary ID badges for visitors and companions, when necessary. * Schedule and reschedule dialysis and multidisciplinary team appointments in the Tasy system, according to clinic demand and capacity. * Record patient attendance and absences monthly in the Central de Regulação e Oferta de Serviço de Saúde (CROSS). **Authorization and Billing Management** * Request Authorization for High-Complexity Outpatient Procedures (APAC) for medications, completing required forms. * Prepare schedules and execute billing for the Outpatient Production Bulletin (BPA) of SUS patients via the municipal government system. * Request hemodialysis password releases from health insurance providers and enter billing slips into Tasy. **Data Update and Registration** * Collect and maintain up-to-date patient information, including contact details and health insurance plans. * Record patient weights at the start and end of dialysis sessions in the system. **Payment and Invoicing Management** * Receive payments for services rendered and manage payment records, issuing receipts and invoices as needed. * Verify and confirm patient insurance information for billing purposes. * Send data entered in Tasy for invoicing via the health insurance provider’s portal. * Receive and forward authorized documents for billing after patient visits. **Unit Operations** * Ensure unit opening and closing, controlling access. * Send laboratory test requests to the lab. * Monitor patient entry and exit times and notify the transportation team. * Coordinate with hospitals, SAMU (Mobile Emergency Care Service), and ambulance services. * Answer calls, take messages, receive visitors, and route correspondence to the responsible department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Prior experience in related activities. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Health Insurance Plan: To take care of your well-being and that of your family.
