




Job Summary: The Senior Power BI Analyst develops, enhances, and manages reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, collecting, processing, and modeling data, while providing strategic support to departments in analyzing and interpreting information. The Senior Power BI Analyst is responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing reports and dashboards to monitor operational, financial, and highway performance indicators. This includes collecting, processing, modeling, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure its quality and consistency. The role provides strategic support to departments in analyzing and interpreting information, proposes improvements, documents processes, organizes the Power BI workspace, actively contributes to more complex solutions, and supports the team’s technical development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, enhance, and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor operational, financial, and highway performance indicators (e.g., vehicle flow, toll revenue, accident occurrences, maintenance activities). * Extract, integrate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, ERPs, CRMs, toll sensors, traffic counters), building robust data models. * Perform data cleaning, transformation, and advanced modeling, applying best practices in governance and process automation. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through validation and critical analysis. * Serve as the liaison between operational, maintenance, finance, and engineering departments—aligning requirements, validating information, and proposing analytical solutions. * Guide operational and administrative departments in reading and interpreting reports, creating strategic views that support decision-making. * Manage requests for adjustments, enhancements, and new visualizations, anticipating business needs. * Document processes, data flows, and indicator definitions to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing. * Organize and administer the Power BI workspace, ensuring version control, security, and governance. * Act as the technical reference for Power BI and Power Query, promoting best practices in data visualization and modeling. * Support and mentor junior analysts, contributing to the team’s technical development and delivery of more complex projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience with Power BI projects. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with ETL processes. * Agile methodology – SCRUM. * Proficiency in Power BI and SQL. * Experience in database development. **Additional Information** Market-competitive salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance plan extendable to dependents; Dental insurance plan extendable to dependents; Life insurance; Childcare assistance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Private pension plan; Birthday leave (Day-Off); Gym assistance; Partnership with secondary education institutions (EJA), higher education, and postgraduate programs; Language school partnership (English); Pharmacy partnership; Psychological support; Employee referral program.
