**Main Responsibilities:** Technical responsibility; Pharmaceutical care to customers at the counter and by phone; Recommend supplements, food, cosmetics, and health products; Train and coordinate laboratory team; manage storage, distribution, and transportation of pharmaceutical inputs and products, including active pharmaceutical ingredients, packaging materials, labels, and supplies; Recommend and validate products, processes, areas, and equipment; assist in drug manufacturing; Develop and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); Edit and print labels; monitor processes; schedule magistral preparations; define quality indicators; issue reports, expert opinions, and technical reports; participate in licensing of pharmaceutical establishments; Conduct post-marketing surveillance of pharmaceutical products; control quality of pharmaceutical products and services; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; Proven experience in compounding pharmacy / magistral pharmacy; this will be an advantage; Ability to connect and communicate effectively with people of different levels, departments, and genders; leadership skills, influence, critical thinking, business acumen, and results orientation; ability to organize, plan, and analyze priorities; Work location: **Cuiabá – MT** Working hours: 40 hours/week – Monday to Friday Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT position Salary: BRL 4,450.77 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
