Check whether any of our current openings aligns with your profile and join us on this journey.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **A brief overview of your day-to-day activities:** * Assists in monitoring hospital admissions by updating spreadsheets and institutional systems under team supervision, contributing to controlling deadlines for authorizations, extensions, and discharges; * Supports the document organization required for prior audit analysis by sorting requests, verifying received documentation, and flagging pending items to the technical team—enhancing agility in the authorization process; * Contributes to developing and updating clinical, operational, and financial indicators by extracting and organizing data from systems under guidance, supporting departmental performance monitoring; * Provides support in integrating information among audit, regulation, and billing departments by organizing data and verifying system records—reducing inconsistencies and rework; * Assists in organizing and archiving physical and digital documents across the three audit units, ensuring standardization, confidentiality, and traceability of information; * Assists in preparing and formatting managerial reports, minutes, spreadsheets, and internal controls, structuring information for supervisory validation; * Supports retrospective audits by organizing hospital bills, separating supporting documents, and performing initial verification of registration data and authorizations—supporting subsequent technical team analysis; * Performs administrative tasks related to audit routines, always under direct guidance; technical opinions, claim validations, or final decision-making are not within the intern’s responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Nursing; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to intern during **morning or afternoon shifts.** **Additional Information** **We highly value our employees—the driving force behind our institution.
