Support for dispensing medical-hospital supplies Job Description: **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure all required procedures and documents for regulatory compliance with health surveillance; * Manage technical documentation for the pharmacy department, including supplier qualification, waste management, temperature control, cleaning protocols, traceability, and delivery tracking of medications and medical-hospital supplies; * Verify that contracted suppliers provide valid health licenses, technical responsibility declarations, and operating permits; * Manage controlled psychotropic medications; * Support the sorting and dispensing process of medical supplies and medications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Agility, commitment, proactivity, and organizational skills.
