




Job Summary: The General Services Operational Assistant is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of facilities, using cleaning equipment and products to ensure safety and hygiene. Ensuring safe and hygienic environments The General Services Operational Assistant's mission is to perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization of toll plazas, yards, tunnels, and external areas of the company, properly utilizing cleaning equipment and tools to ensure safe and hygienic environments, controlling the validity period of chemical products, and strictly complying with established safety regulations and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily cleaning of toll lanes using brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, high-pressure washers, blowers, and other necessary tools to ensure workplace cleanliness; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing tasks, ensuring work safety in accordance with the company’s safety standards on a daily basis; * Perform daily cleaning of internal yards using brooms for site sanitation and applying cleaning products to remove accumulated residues; * Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance, checking their condition and requesting replacements when necessary; * Perform external cleaning of toll booths, islands, guardrails, traffic signs, and delineator cones throughout the entire toll plaza area; * Clean external parking lots by removing weeds, debris, and maintaining a clean and organized environment; * Clean tunnels; * Conduct periodic checks of the validity dates of chemical products and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring compliance with safety regulations; * Strictly follow instructions outlined in SDS documents, ensuring safe and appropriate handling of chemical products in compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION** * Completed elementary education. **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)** * Prior experience in this role; **Additional Information** Competitive market-based salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance plan extendable to dependents; Dental insurance plan extendable to dependents; Life insurance; Childcare assistance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Private pension plan; Day-off benefit; Gym assistance; Partnership agreements with secondary (EJA), higher education, and postgraduate institutions; English language school partnership agreement; Sports incentive program; Pharmacy partnership agreement; Psychological support services; Employee referral incentive program.
