Candidates who graduate **starting from June 2028** and study during the **evening or via distance learning (EAD)** are eligible to apply. **Objective:** We seek curious, collaborative individuals with the courage to propose new ideas and innovations—challenging the status quo. The Syngenta internship aims to develop emerging talent who will contribute across various areas of our company and begin their professional journey at an Agri-Giant. **Responsibilities:** * Support operational activities within departments; * Assist in managerial presentations; * Analyze data and manage departmental performance indicators; * Interact with different business units; * Support departmental projects; * Actively participate in the proposed development journey. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Be collaborative, curious, courageous, and self-accountable; * Be available to intern for **1.5 to 2 years**; * Undergraduate student (Administration, Engineering – Production, Chemistry, Data, Agronomy, Pharmacy, Biology, Psychology, etc.) with graduation scheduled **from June 2028 onward**; * Enrolled in evening classes or distance learning (EAD) to accommodate a 6-hour internship schedule (8:00–15:00 or 9:00–16:00). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate-level English proficiency; * Experience in presentation development; * Academic research experience or involvement in student committees. **Additional Information** **Syngenta Offers:** * Competitive compensation * Diverse benefits (Transportation Allowance / Shuttles; Meal Voucher / On-site Meals; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Wellhub; Birthday Card; Development Journey; E-learning Platform; Birthday Day Off; Employee Assistance Program) * **Development Journey:** Here, your growth is taken seriously.
