A professional to handle fiscal and accounting routines, assisting in tax calculations, issuance of fiscal invoices, and organization of documents.

* Accurately record and issue fiscal invoices, ensuring correct classification and coding.
* Verify fiscal invoice entries, identifying potential errors and reporting them to the supervisor for necessary corrections.
* Provide basic support to internal teams on simple, routine fiscal procedures.
* Organize and archive physical and digital fiscal documents, following legal guidelines for easy access and auditing.
* Monitor movements in the fiscal current account, identifying basic inconsistencies and reporting\-them to the supervisor.
* Assist in indirect tax calculation, ensuring basic calculations are accurate per received instructions.
* Participate in fiscal administrative processes by gathering requested documents and information.
* Assist in updating and maintaining fiscal system ERP configurations as instructed by the supervisor.
* Collaborate with the team in collecting documents and completing forms required for new companies' fiscal registration.
* Develop simple fiscal entry templates to assist other departments, under supervision and guidance.
* Verify entries in the State Tax Administration System (SEFAZ) and report possible discrepancies to the supervisor for correction.
* Record and control freight entries, ensuring accurate accounting of logistics costs.
* Issue Fiscal Invoices (NF), ensuring information accuracy and compliance with fiscal requirements.
* Generate and issue State Tax Collection Guides (GRNE), ensuring correct payment within established deadlines.
* Issue Substitution Tax Guides (ST), ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
* Manage and organize the Fiscal Documents Manifest, ensuring all documents are properly registered and available for consultation.
* Validate applicable taxes in the pricing process, contributing to financial consolidation and ensuring price competitiveness and compliance.
**Requirements:**
* Completed High School education; technical course or ongoing undergraduate studies in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
* Basic experience in administrative or financial roles, preferably with some knowledge in the fiscal area.
* Basic understanding of tax and fiscal legislation.
* Proficiency in Excel;
* Basic knowledge of fiscal calculation tools and tools for submitting ancillary obligations.
* Availability for flexible working hours;
* Willingness to travel;
