




Job Summary: The professional will perform technical support activities for diagnosis, repair, and conservation of products, ensuring service restoration and compliance with service level agreements. Focus on quality and adherence to service level agreements Perform technical support activities including diagnosis, repair, component replacement, and conservation of products operated by the company within the assigned area of operation, using the knowledge, systems, and tools provided by the organization, aiming for prompt service restoration and achievement of required service levels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Tactical Operational:** Execute assigned support tasks from ticket management systems and back-office teams, using company-provided knowledge and tools to restore service during the first visit and prevent recurrence, thereby ensuring quality and achievement of agreed service levels. **Technical Diagnosis and Component Replacement:** Identify root causes of failures leveraging technical knowledge and company-provided tools; replace necessary components to restore service promptly and meet customer needs. **Activation:** Participate in new service activation processes by inspecting installation quality, enabling equipment, performing tests, and taking actions to ensure proper operation of the product, infrastructure, and other devices comprising the site. **Maintenance:** After service activation, perform maintenance, conservation, and repair of associated equipment and infrastructure through diagnosis, defect removal, consumable replenishment, and replacement of consumables. Conduct tests to ensure correct operation of maintained elements. Repair/replace defective intra- and extra-vault components identified via technical expertise. **Inspection, Conservation, and Cleaning:** Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and other devices comprising the site in good condition. Report requirements for painting, component replacement, signage, and other components whose maintenance cannot be performed directly. **Installation and Testing of Security Devices:** Perform periodic and functional tests on security devices included in the product. When required, install new security devices per specific instructions from the competent department. **Handling of Consumables and Components:** Request consumables and components from inventory as needed; safeguard their packaging and integrity; perform required replacements; return damaged components to inventory; ensure accurate recording of receipt and return conditions. **Activity Logging:** Record entry and exit times as well as all activities performed throughout the workday. **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute suggestions and ideas to enhance processes and equipment included in the company’s service portfolio, and identify potential business opportunities within the assigned area of operation. **Asset Stewardship:** Safeguard company assets entrusted to the employee, ensuring appropriate conservation and maintenance. Notify responsible departments of any incidents that may result in loss or damage to these assets. Supervise third-party service execution to protect assets and ensure activity effectiveness and appropriateness. **Training and Meetings:** Attend training sessions and capacity-building activities offered by the company. Participate in team meetings.
