To support this mission, Syngenta’s recruitment team is seeking a Supply Operations Analyst in Cuiabá, MT. This position will support delivery of: Serving as the primary point of contact across the entire commercial force (Territory Managers and RTVs) and Supply Chain, Operations, Credit, and other functions. Maximizing the unit’s revenue potential by supporting the commercial team from demand planning through order entry and billing, as well as providing structured and accurate analyses of product, delivery location, consumption, and inventory. Acting with responsive attitude and assertive communication with various stakeholders—including sales force, supply, logistics, planning, and Brazil Operations. **Responsibilities:** * Support for sales order entry and billing * Management and monitoring of the order portfolio * Establish a relationship of trust and service with the commercial team * Enable the sales force on established processes and tools within the area, ensuring process compliance * Support in developing KPIs for better control and measurement of area deliverables. **Qualifications** * Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, and commercial areas * Excel – Intermediate level (Mandatory) * Ability to influence cross-functional areas * Ability to interpret the company’s / commercial unit’s macro environment and guide peers and the commercial team * Proactivity in identifying alternatives to better serve customers and enhance efficiency * Analytical profile with strong data knowledge **Desired:** * PowerPoint – Basic level * Intermediate English * Knowledge of SAP (ERP) and Salesforce \- Preferred **Additional Information** What We Offer * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, promotes professional development, and seeks a balance between professional and personal life to support team members.
