Its goal is to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for implementing and supervising the Good Practices Manual, ensuring strict compliance with regulations. Menu development, creation of detailed technical sheets, and inventory control to optimize costs and reduce waste. Technical training for food handlers, monitoring of hygiene processes, and quality control from receipt through distribution. Calculation of nutritional tables and technical support for dietary adaptations or specific dietary restrictions. Previous experience as a Nutrition Specialist, Nutritional Consultant, Clinical Nutritionist, or Sports Nutritionist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
