Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Dispatch Assistant to perform dispatch processes, including verification, control, issuance, and organization of tax documentation for goods. Key Highlights: 1. Issue CTes and release vehicles 2. Handle mailbags and organize tax documentation 3. Support freight adjustments and serve customers We are looking for a Logistics Dispatch Assistant to carry out dispatch processes, involving verification, control, issuance, and organization of tax documentation for all goods entering and leaving the branch. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue CTes and release vehicles; * Handle mailbags; * Receive, verify, and organize tax documentation for shipments according to procedures and legislation; * Execute dispatch processes for goods and documents; * Verify freight values and support adjustments with the Sales Department; * Serve customers and provide information regarding goods dispatch; * Comply with company policies, standards, SOPs, and values; * Safeguard resources, support colleagues, share knowledge, and perform related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * High school diploma; preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Professional Experience** * Minimum experience in the field **Specific Knowledge** * Microsoft Office \- Intermediate * Customer Service \- Intermediate **Additional Information** Meals on site; Food basket; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Gas allowance; Health insurance (Unimed, 50% covered); PPR \- Profit Sharing Program; Career and salary plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym). **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
