KPI monitoring and continuous improvement **Job Description:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure fleet departure at scheduled times * Monitor and handle incidents occurring during transit * Track fleet availability and schedule loads * Manage working hours and shift alignment * Conduct briefings with drivers * Perform tracking and forecasts for D+1 and D+2 * Monitor return shipments and prevent idle time * Validate corrections and expenses * Promote safety best practices * Lead meetings and provide feedback * Weekly alignment of fleet rotation * Schedule inspections, maintenance, and refresher training * Plan vacations and days off * Monitor KPIs and propose actions, plus other duties relevant to the position **Requirements for this opportunity:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields * Proven experience in driver and fleet management is mandatory * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Power BI knowledge is a plus * Flexible working hours * Must reside in Cuiabá/MT **Location:** Cuiabá/MT **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$6.343,68 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Basic food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
