Description
The Fiscal Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting fiscal documents, ensuring the company's compliance with tax obligations. Additionally, this role involves preparing reports and monitoring fiscal legislation to optimize processes and reduce costs. This professional plays a strategic role within the organization, contributing to sound decision-making and fiscal compliance.
1\. Perform fiscal verification and bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy of information;
2\. Verify account classifications by comparing printed documents with system entries;
3\. Prepare and submit SPED Fiscal and SPED Contributions to Accounting;
4\. Evaluate and verify taxation of new and currently sold products;
5\. Issue sales invoices and exchange invoices for expired products, aligning directly with customers;
6\. Correct and adjust errors in invoices;
7\. Organize fiscal files and weekly submit system-booked files;
8\. Support supplier registration and creation of accounts for fiscal bookkeeping (vehicles and other accounts);
9\. Verify service codes on invoices with Accounting;
10\. Serve as the liaison between Accounting and the company to align fiscal obligations;
11\. Conduct preliminary tax calculations and record fiscal entries in the system, ensuring accuracy of the company's tax obligations;
12\. Prepare documents for government agencies and suppliers and deliver them accordingly;
13\. Maintain workspaces and equipment organized and clean in accordance with company standards;
14\. Uphold ethical conduct both inside and outside the workplace to safeguard personal and company reputation;
15\. Maintain relationships with various departments across the company to support achievement of corporate strategies;
16\. Foster positive relationships with colleagues, promoting cooperation and team spirit;
17\. Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of company equipment and assets;
18\. Perform other related tasks as requested by superiors;
19\. Manage, update, and renew company permits, ensuring compliance with competent authorities;
20\. Update AETs (Special Transit Authorizations) for trucks, ensuring fleet regulatory compliance;
21\. Request initial vehicle license plate issuance through the licensing agent and issue/request DARFs for new trucks, ensuring full document regularization;
22\. Organize and control corporate and executive personal documents, ensuring constant updates and easy retrieval;
23\. Issue invoices related to the sale of fixed assets, such as trucks and equipment, as well as generate delivery invoices for goods transportation and return invoices for internally consumed products, ensuring compliance with current fiscal legislation;
24\. Responsible for requesting cancellation of incorrectly issued invoices with SEFAZ.
