




Job Summary: Customer service professional responsible for supporting and following up with customers through various channels, ensuring issue resolution and maintaining a complete service history. Resolution of exchange, return, and refund issues Main Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via channels such as chat, e\-mail, WhatsApp, or social media * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and shipment status * Resolve issues related to exchanges, returns, and refunds * Record customer interactions and maintain an updated service history in the system * Support customers throughout the entire purchasing process * Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, inventory) when necessary.
