Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement About Premoldados Zórtea With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing precast concrete products, Premoldados has established itself as a benchmark for quality, technology, and safety in the industry. **OPPORTUNITY:** COST ANALYST We are looking for an analytical, strategic, and results-oriented professional to join our team! ✔ Lead cost calculation and analysis (industrial and/or operational) ✔ Develop and monitor cost and profitability indicators ✔ Participate in pricing, margin determination, and economic feasibility assessment ✔ Prepare and control the budget ✔ Analyze variances (actual vs. budgeted) with strategic recommendations ✔ Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement ✔ Support decision-making with in-depth financial analyses ✔ Participate in inventory counts, stock control, and accounting closing ✔ Act as a business partner to operational areas (operations, logistics, production) ✔ Support audits and ensure accounting compliance ✔ Prepare managerial reports for senior management ✔ Support the preparation and analysis of the Income Statement (DRE) **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Solid experience in cost accounting / controller functions Advanced Excel skills (modeling, dashboards, complex analyses) Power BI or other BI tools Experience with ERP systems (SÊNIOR, SAP, TOTVS, or similar) Advanced knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis Experience in corporate budgeting Benefits Breakfast provided; Lunch provided at the company; **Meal Allowance:** BRL 325; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; Unimed Health Plan; Life Insurance;
