Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and engaged professional focused on results to manage procurement activities and develop strategic relationships with suppliers and customers. Proactive, engaged, and innovative! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and execute service procurement planning through the regional office in Cuiabá, MT, aligning price, delivery time, and quality criteria to meet requesting departments’ needs; * Prepare competitive benchmarking maps; * Present scenario analyses; * Meet scheduled procurement timelines as planned; * Participate in drafting and activating contract drafts; * Request and jointly develop procurement scopes with related departments; * Visit suppliers to assess their facilities; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers; * Identify and cultivate reliable and alternative supply sources; * Develop new business partners; evaluate and approve suppliers; * Continuously study the market and remain attentive to opportunities, trends, and other dynamics within the Supply Chain; * Stay aware of emerging technologies applicable to the construction industry; * Assume and manage risks in accordance with governance and compliance criteria, remaining sensitive to these factors in an environment of constant change; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering) **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Technical knowledge of construction projects * Negotiation skills * Contract Management * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite * Interpersonal Skills: ability to establish partnerships and formulate optimal strategies with requesters and suppliers. **Additional Information** * We offer: * Market-competitive salary * Health and dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Gympass/Wellhub * Profit-sharing program (PLR) **The moment to look toward the new.
