Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk responsible for ensuring accuracy in the movement, control, and verification of goods, guaranteeing correct and secure receiving, shipping, and storage processes. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating with the logistics/warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency. 2. Responsible for verifying products, materials, and invoices. 3. Assisting in organizing and identifying goods in the warehouse. **Job Description:** ---------------------- About the Role: We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk responsible for ensuring accuracy in the movement, control, and verification of goods, ensuring that receiving, shipping, and storage processes are carried out correctly and securely. The professional will collaborate with the logistics/warehouse team, maintaining organization and contributing to efficient operational flow. RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify products, materials, and invoices upon warehouse entry and exit. Check quantities, codes, batches, expiration dates, and conditions of received items. Record discrepancies and immediately notify the responsible department. Assist in organizing and identifying goods in the warehouse. Support loading and unloading when necessary. Adhere to safety, quality, and internal procedures. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education. Previous experience as a Warehouse Clerk, Logistics Assistant, or in related fields. Knowledge of invoice reading and transportation documentation. Basic computer skills; experience with WMS systems or handheld scanners is desirable.
