Main Responsibilities: * Provide nursing assistance to patients, performing procedures such as wound dressings, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and other basic healthcare tasks. * Assist nurses in executing activities related to health promotion, prevention, and patient recovery. * Collaborate integrally with the multidisciplinary team, maintaining effective communication. * Ensure maintenance and organization of supplies, equipment, and the working environment. **Required Qualifications:** * Technical qualification in Nursing with active registration at the Regional Nursing Council (COREN). * Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Nursing Technician. * Strong communication skills, ability to work in teams, and empathy when caring for patients. * Knowledge of nursing care standards, routines, and protocols. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in Adult ICU; * Availability to work on a rotating 12-hour-on/36-hour-off schedule; Join our team!
