




**About the company:** Palusa has been operating in the automotive parts distribution market for over 29 years, specializing in electrical systems, air conditioning, and lighting. **Responsibilities:** Provide IT user support, ticket triage, Level 1 incident handling, diagnosis and resolution of issues (networks, computers, printers, and other devices), assembly and maintenance of computers and laptops. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields (completed or currently pursuing), prior experience in this role, strong communication skills, experience managing service tickets, organizational ability, sense of responsibility, and resilience. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
