Focus on safety, quality, and fuel control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Working hours will be discussed during the interview. **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage fueling ramp operations, ensuring organization, safety, and smooth customer service. * Coordinate and guide attendants in performing their duties according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Assist with vehicle refueling when necessary. * Perform volumetric measurements of fuel tanks. * Carry out fuel unloading from tanker trucks in accordance with technical and safety standards. * Conduct fuel quality analysis and control. * Perform periodic calibration of fuel pumps. * Promote and ensure quality control of marketed products. * Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, especially NR-20. * Support people management: scheduling, discipline, performance, and guidance for ramp staff. * Report operational incidents and support supervision and support departments as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress (preferred) * Knowledge of operational routines at fuel stations. * Experience in quality control, volumetric measurements, and fuel pump calibration. * Knowledge of and experience with safety regulations, especially NR-20. * Ability to lead operational teams. * Responsible, organized, proactive profile with focus on safety and quality. * Driver's License Category AB * Leadership experience.
