***SANFFER GROUP IS HIRING*** **LOSS AND FRAUD PREVENTION ANALYST** **Prerequisites** - Experience in Loss and Fraud Prevention; - Experience with Inventory Balancing/Stocktaking and related tasks; - Basic computer skills; - Willingness and ability to learn; **Education:** - High school diploma; **Related Responsibilities:** Ø Conduct two (2) annual physical inventories per store, counting all stock-related items: the first inventory between January and March (first semester), and the second between July and September (second semester); Ø Perform sample-based counting by category or brand (e.g., sneakers, brand); Ø Visually verify cash register closings via surveillance cameras on a sample basis—minimum of one register per store, at least three times per week; Ø Verify merchandise exchanges using reports and surveillance footage; during sampling, call customers to inquire about their service experience; Ø Conduct on-site verification of documents, cash registers, etc.; Ø Monitor pre-sales that did not result in actual sales—the store manager must justify each pre-sale; Ø Verify whether the store manager enters and exits the store accompanied by another employee; Ø Monitor purchases made by managers—such transactions may only be registered by another manager, and staff members must process the purchase through the manager; Ø Possess basic knowledge of cash register configurations for potential parameterization and support; **Compensation:** Initial Compensation: To be negotiated **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Work Location:** Mais Você Pharmacy Av.
