We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Analyst to lead and optimize all our administrative and financial operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health, process efficiency, and compliance with current regulations, playing a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making by senior management. The ideal candidate is proactive and analytical, with strong integrated knowledge across Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and General Administration. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** **Financial Management and Controller Functions:** * Execute routine activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and bank reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processes. * Participate in the preparation and presentation of management and financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) to the executive board. * Ensure tax and fiscal compliance by monitoring legislation and managing tax calculation and payment. * Coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure integrity and timely closing of accounting statements. **Qualifications and Requirements** **Academic Background:** * **Preferred:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** * Proven solid experience in finance, with at least 2 years in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable. * Practical experience in financial processes, treasury management, controller functions, and tax routines. * Experience managing cross-functional teams (finance, administration, external accounting, and operations). **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in financial mathematics and financial statement analysis. * Knowledge of Brazilian tax and labor legislation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and integrated management systems. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability. * Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. * Emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
