Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and distributing materials and equipment on construction sites, ensuring proper supply and warehouse organization. Key Highlights: 1. Applying safety standards and accident prevention Responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment on site, ensuring appropriate supply and warehouse organization in accordance with project requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment according to established standards and procedures; * Maintain inventory through physical and/or electronic records, ensuring data accuracy; * Conduct periodic inventories and report discrepancies found; * Distribute materials according to site team requisitions, ensuring timely fulfillment of deadlines and demands; * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring correct material identification and minimizing waste; * Monitor product expiration dates and storage conditions, taking action for replenishment when necessary; * Record material receipts and withdrawals in the company's management system; * Supervise and monitor material unloading, verifying quality and quantities against invoices; * Assist in controlling and returning unused materials, minimizing losses. * Ensure compliance with safety and accident prevention standards within the warehouse; * Collaborate with the procurement team to request material purchases as required by the project. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a warehouse clerk, preferably on civil construction projects; * Knowledge of inventory control and material inspection; * Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, inventory systems); * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
