Management of high-performance teams in complex environments **CFO – Chief Financial Officer \| Agribusiness** A leading Brazilian agribusiness company, with annual revenue exceeding **BRL 1 billion**, and strong operations in **grain and cotton production**, seeks a **CFO** to lead its financial strategy and support the company’s next growth phase. The executive will be responsible for structuring financial planning, capital management, agricultural financing, and relationships with financial institutions and strategic partners. They will also lead the areas of controllership, treasury, accounting, and compliance, ensuring financial efficiency, governance, and risk management. We seek a professional with solid experience in financial leadership, strategic business vision, and hands-on experience in agribusiness or commodity-related enterprises. An executive position with direct involvement in senior leadership and participation in the company’s strategic decisions. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the financial strategy and support the company’s strategic decisions. * Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics. * Structure and optimize capital, cash flow, and agricultural operational financing. * Conduct agricultural credit operations and manage relationships with banks, trading houses, and investors. * Supervise controllership, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions. * Implement governance practices, internal controls, and risk management. * Monitor profitability of agricultural operations and cost efficiency. * Develop hedging and financial protection strategies for commodities, foreign exchange, and inputs. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Agribusiness, or Business Management. * Proven experience in executive finance roles (CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent). * Experience in agribusiness or commodity-related enterprises. * Experience in structuring financing, capital management, and relationships with financial institutions. * Solid knowledge of financial planning, controllership, and risk management. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong strategic and business vision. * Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach. * Leadership skills and ability to develop high-performance teams. * Ability to operate effectively in complex and highly volatile environments. * Communication and influence skills when engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
