Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage maintenance service orders for buildings and civil works; * Engage suppliers for building maintenance and civil works services; * Conduct building inspections of properties to proactively ensure conservation and maintenance of structures, occasionally performed at substations outside energized areas; * Monitor and inspect services carried out by suppliers for building maintenance and civil works; * Manage the building maintenance and civil works budget allocated by coordination; * Request quotations from suppliers; * Prepare technical scopes for implementation of projects and civil works; * Monitor and supervise building-related civil works. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Building Construction and/or Civil Engineering degree required; * Driver’s license Category B. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
