Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor shift handovers meticulously and safely; * Alert the COD supervisor about significant and relevant events; * Assist in requests to block automatic reclosing for live-line work related to your operational post; * Assist and monitor emergency and scheduled switching operations according to applicable procedures and instructions; * Assist in analyzing and requesting real-time interventions covering isolated customers up to feeder circuit breakers; * Assist in managing and prioritizing outage service orders (OSs) and the service portfolio following the prioritization criteria; * Assist in team management, routinely tracking service status; * Monitor the Technical Incidents Dashboard for your operational post, focusing on TMAE (Average Time to Attend Emergencies), prioritizing responses for incidents approaching or exceeding the TMAE target; * Monitor the Compensation Dashboard for your operational post to identify individual and collective incidents with the greatest impact on indicator violations (DEC, FEC, DMIC, DIC, FIC, DICRI), prioritizing responses accordingly; * Close OSs and interventions as per applicable instructions; * Communicate operationally in accordance with POP/Nº050/2018. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently enrolled in a Technical Electrotechnology program. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
