Supplier and Process Analyst

**Who are we?** AMAGGI's first unit, Sementes Maggi, was inaugurated in 1977 in São Miguel do Iguaçu, Paraná. Additionally, since 1997, it has contributed to local and human development in the communities where it operates, positioning itself as a partner in the sustainable development of these regions through the André and Lucia Maggi Foundation. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to and manage tickets related to Procurement systems (SAP MM, Coupa, and integrated systems) * Analyze systemic errors, identify root causes, and propose definitive solutions * Support users in system usage, ensuring compliance with processes * Map, document, and improve Procurement processes with a focus on operational efficiency * Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validations alongside business areas * Identify automation opportunities (RPA, workflows) and productivity gains * Collaborate closely with IT, suppliers, and departments such as Procurement, Tax, Finance, and Compliance **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields * Experience providing system support or AMS (Application Management Services) * Knowledge of Procurement processes (purchasing, vendor master data, supplier management, inventory) * Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably MM module) * Strong communication and internal customer relationship skills * Preferred qualifications include: Experience with Coupa Knowledge of process automation (RPA, workflows) Data proficiency (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python) Experience in process mapping **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Apoio Pass * WellHub * Profit or Results Sharing Program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Childcare assistance * Extended maternity/paternity leave * Knowledge Kit * Telemedicine platform * AMAGGI University
