Job Summary: Energisa Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage operator teams for the electricity distribution system, supervise operational activities, and ensure service performance, contributing to continuous improvement. Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the operational activities of the electric power system, supporting operators and engaging other involved areas when necessary; * Monitor and ensure performance of responses to commercial service orders (OSs), meeting deadlines established by Resolution REN 1000; * Monitor network equipment availability and engage responsible areas for corrective actions when necessary; * Interact with public agency representatives to report power outages and/or exchange information regarding incidents; * Manage resources during contingencies, involving operations center operators, field operation teams, and other departments; * Monitor quality indicators (DEC, FEC, TMA, Compensation); * Disseminate area-specific indicator results and collect procedural/process improvement opportunities from the team to support continuous improvement; * Manage the electricity distribution system operator team, ensuring support, monitoring performance, and implementing individual and/or collective development initiatives for the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; * Experience as a team supervisor; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Quality Management tools; * Technical knowledge acquired through professional practice; * Familiarity with ANEEL and ONS resolutions, Brazilian Electricity Sector regulations, and internal administrative and legal procedures. **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
